Irish Rebel (READ) For me after a rather bumpy start this turned out to be the best book in the trilogy The heroine is the grown up daughter of the hH from the very first book and we have a hero hired to replace Uncle Paddy The hero doesn't do attachments and comes across as a reverse snob at first thinking the heroine is spoiled and snooty Once both of them see the real face of each other that is when the book gets good Hero is happy to f

Irish Rebel (READ) Nora Roberts has been at this a long time so as always the writing in this book is generally polished than not However unless you REALLY need to know what happened to the family from her debut novel Irish Thoroughbred I'm not sure many readers will find this book all that enthralling The story of aristocratic Kelley Grant

characters Irish Rebel 109 Read Irish Rebel Al Meadows Farms from Ireland rugged horse trainer Brian Donnelly is stunned by the beauty of his boss's dau. I don t know why I shelved this one under heart breakingly wonderful favourites because even though it occupies a special place in my heart being my first NR book ever it certainly isn t a heartbreakingly wonderful favourite The h was too stubborn for my liking even back then and it was obvious that NR was turning into the author she is now modernising her views and her heroines I much prefer her older work I haven t read a new NR book in years Excluding the In Death series of course I can t leave my baby Roarke for anythingAaand this was supposed to be a review for Irish Rebel I digress a lot Anyway I loved the horse theme in this novel it is one of my favourites I didn t particularly feel anything for the hero he wasn t that special and didn t catch my attention like the h s father Travis did Travis was uite something fans selfAnd now I m going to stop writing this review because as it turns out I m talking about everything else but the book Rec d for all you hardcore NR fans out there but for old fashioned people like me stay away

characters Irish Rebel 109 Read Irish Rebel Ghter Keeley Grant Now it's up to this innocent beauty to tame this handsome Irish rogue Satellite media tou. Brian Donnelly transfers from Ireland to America in order to take the lead trainer position on the Royal Meadows horse farm There he nomad his entire life will discover the beauty of permanency and true love Both in the form of two special horses and the woman that s been meant for himFor some this story is the worst in the bunch while for me it s the best Most reviewers complain about Brian and his prickly disposition disregarding the fact that the previous heroes in this series were much much worse cavemen children of 80 s romance fiction I guessFor me this was a true Nora Roberts book along the lines of those I came to know and cherish in my reading history Yes the hero was a bit prickly and a reverse snob but the heroine was than capable of going head to head with him in her stubbornness and prideI found these two much evenly matched than their predecessors where the heroine was granted Irish but still pretty much a doormat when it came to her heroI liked Keeley in all her prideful cold princess stubbornly independent glory and I liked Brian with his complexes and prejudice that easily crumbled into dust the he got to know his woman I loved the fact he was the one to fall first and even though he was too stupidly blind to confess his feelings first Keeley was there hounding him along the way chipping away at his reservations and male prideTheirs was a slowly building romance that started in animosity moved through mutual respect and friendship only to blossom into loveI absolutely loved it from page one and would not have changed a thing even if I could

characters Irish Rebel 109 Read Irish Rebel Roberts' Irish series continues with this brand new story in Silhouette Special Edition Upon arriving at Roy. 2 BIG JERK STARSThis book was about the daughter from the first book in this series And I must admit I was very disappointed with it I guess because the first book was so good for me I thought this one would be too but I was VERY WRONG The heroine was too weak willed for my taste and allowed herself to be treated poorly by the hero something I was not expecting at all here Given that her mother was such a STRONG character I was expecting the same Sadly she was like a clingy needy bitch in heat than a strong independent woman like her mom It was NOT HAPPENING HERE for me Secondly the hero was not worth my consideration here He was a jerk who thought the world owned him for being born basically I did not enjoy his character at all He says and does things to the heroine that made me EXTREMELY MADAnd now the BIGEST disappointment the plot Enjoyed them working with the horses well what we got of that at least However the story has been done to death with a few little twist that you can totally see coming this story was very BLAND Generally this story was not for me It may be one of those situations where I was just comparing it to the first book but for whatever reason this book was an EPIC FAIL as a continuation of this series Glad the author gave it up after this she could have written as they had many kids from the first book but she stopped there GRATEFUL FOR THAT PERSONALLY Still love this author just this book was not for me
